Ohio Cryptid is focused on documenting, investigating, and reporting incidents and evidence of unknown or undiscovered animal reports in the state of Ohio. We seek reports that include, but are not limited to, strange cat sightings (mountain lion, black panther), Bigfoot-like creatures, unidentified large birds (thunderbirds), or any other odd creature.

Ohio Cryptid is operated by volunteers who spend their personal time, money and effort toward researching, investigating and documenting cryptid sightings in Ohio. If you wish to support us there are several ways you can help. We are looking for volunteers in Ohio who would like to assist in interviewing, investigating, and documenting sightings as members. We are also looking for anyone who has had a legitimate sighting in the state of Ohio no matter how long ago so that we can add to our database. We are also hoping to network with other cryptozoological organizations in Ohio as well as all over the world. Please help support our cause. Proceeds will help balance website costs, investigation and research travel as well as future endeavors.
